How to access information

There are four ways to access information:

• Through this web site: this should be your first port of call as a lot of regularly requested information and documents are available.
• Email: complete this form and we will get back to you within 20 working days
• By letter to:

• By fax: mark your faxes for the attention of the Director's Office and send to 0151 478 4321

When you contact us you should provide as much detail as possible to help us identify the information you are seeking. We may need to contact you to clarify your needs, in which case the processing of your enquiry will be delayed. If you require the information in a particular format, eg as a photocopy or on computer disk, you should mention this in your application. If you have difficulty in either identifying the information you require or in making the application in writing, staff here will be pleased to help. Please contact the Director's Office initially (0151 478 4244) in that event.
